Returns and refunds are only offered on goods damaged during shipping. Damaged goods include those that have 5 or more stone 'leaves' damaged. In the case of damage, please email a picture of the damaged product for assessment. Buyer's remorse is not considered a reason for a return or refund. 

Your one-of-a-kind tree is easy to care for. Simply dust the tree and leaves gently with a duster, and gently wipe down the base with a soft cloth or duster. Do not immerse in water or other liquids for cleaning. Avoid using oil-based products to clean your tree.
